MORiSH came out of health challenges and young families. After a health scare, co-founder Nici studied Nutritional Therapy and began to see how much food shapes wellbeing. She and Roger, a former stock trader, found they were choosing between snacks that were healthy but dull or tasty but thin on nutrition, so they set out to make something that was both.
The seaweed thins are the heart of it: crisp sheets in flavours built on olive oil, sea salt, avocado oil, sesame oil and shiitake. Alongside them sit air-dried steak in the style of biltong, and pork chicharrónes with sea salt. Stock moves quickly on a small brand, so some lines can show as sold out or coming soon. Packs are light, so these are snacks for nibbling rather than filling a bowl.
MORiSH says its snacks suit vegan, carnivore, protein-minded, gluten-free and carb-cutting eaters. The seaweed carries The Vegan Society trademark and the organic lines are certified, and the brand lists the snacks as gluten free. Check the product page for ingredients and allergens, as the seaweed is made where soya and sesame are handled.
MORiSH sends orders by tracked, insured courier, and orders placed before midday on a working day leave the same day. Standard and next-day options are available to UK mainland addresses, and there’s a free standard threshold shown at checkout. It doesn’t deliver to Northern Ireland or abroad, and some remote areas take longer. It promises snacks arrive with a good stretch of shelf life.
Buying multipacks lowers the cost per pack, and email sign-ups are offered a welcome discount on a first order. Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at their checkout.
There’s a money-back guarantee if you change your mind, as long as the snacks are unopened and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage. For health reasons, opened snacks can’t be refunded unless faulty. Damaged or wrong items should be reported quickly with photos, and MORiSH will replace them.
