Resident Advisor
Resident Advisor is best known as an electronic music publication, but its ticketing side sells tickets to club nights, festivals and gigs run by promoters. What you can get back on a ticket depends on the event and its promoter, so the terms matter as much as the lineup.

Resident Advisor: what to know before you buy
Check who is actually selling
RA sells tickets for events organised by promoters, so the event page and the promoter's details are what matter. Editorial listings and ticket listings answer different questions, so read the line-up, venue, start and finish times, age limit and ticket tier before you pay.
Know what a refund covers
A refund is only offered when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If the venue or line-up changes, whether you get money back is at the promoter's discretion, so a change you dislike is not automatically refundable.
Plan for not attending
If you can no longer go, you can add a ticket to the resale queue from your order. Resale depends on the event selling out and is available only for some events, so joining the queue does not guarantee a sale or a refund.
Think about the journey
For a club night, confirm the finishing time and your way home before you buy. A familiar venue name does not mean a late train will run, so check the route separately.
Questions about Resident Advisor
Are there any Resident Advisor discount codes?
We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.
Where can I check Resident Advisor's refund policy?
Read the retailer's current policy before buying. Eligibility can depend on the product, its condition and whether it has been used or activated. Refund and resale help
Will I get a refund if the line-up changes?
Not automatically. If the venue or line-up changes, the promoter decides whether a refund is granted.
Does joining the resale queue guarantee I will get my money back?
No. Your ticket is resold only if the event sells out, and resale is not available for every event.
Who handles my order?
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
