Choosing the right crate
The range is split by how many items you want and how much you plan to spend. The Jedi Knight crate is the entry point, with 5-7 items including a guaranteed figure. The Jedi Master crate steps up to 8-12 items, and the Collector's Edition offers 12-15 premium items including two figures and exclusive memorabilia. The Ultra Crate is the largest option, with over 20 collectibles and a t-shirt. If you already own most major figures, the larger crates are usually better value; if you are buying for a casual fan, a mid-range box is a safer choice.
Subscription or one-off
You can order a single crate or sign up to a subscription and cancel at any time from your account. Subscriptions suit fans who enjoy a steady stream of surprises, while one-off orders make more sense for birthdays or a single gift. The site also offers gift purchases in one-off, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly formats.
Delivery and timing
First boxes dispatch within one to three working days. Later subscription boxes ship between the 15th and 22nd of each month, so plan around that window if you need something by a specific date. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, and international parcels may attract import duty or taxes that the recipient is responsible for paying.
Returns and problems
Refunds are considered for boxes with damaged or missing items, but only if everything is unopened and still in its original packaging. You must report issues within seven days of receiving the box, and boxes that are not to personal taste are not eligible. Renewals can be cancelled after the fact, though a charge of 22.5% of the order value applies, so cancel before renewal if possible.
