  1. Does Superdrug have an app?

    Our answer

    Yes. The Superdrug - Beauty and Health app, from Superdrug Stores PLC, is free on the App Store and is also on Google Play. It lets you shop Superdrug's products and promotions, save wish lists, check stock at your nearest store, and book doctor and clinic appointments through its Health Services Hub. It also holds a digital Health & Beautycard and has app-only offers, and Health & Beautycard VIP Rewards are only on the app.

  2. How much is Superdrug delivery?

    Our answer

    Standard UK delivery is £3, free for Health & Beautycard members spending £20 or more and for non-members spending £25 or more, and arrives in 3 to 4 working days. Next Day Delivery costs £4.90 if you order before 8pm Monday to Friday. Order & Collect to a store is free and takes 3 to 4 working days, Next Day Order & Collect is free over £15 or £1.50 otherwise, and Quick Pick Up from 30 minutes is free when items are in stock. Standard delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £4.50, free over the same spend levels.

  3. Does Superdrug do a student discount?

    Our answer

    Yes. Superdrug gives students 10% off, but only to Health & Beautycard members. Online, students verify with Student Beans; the online discount can be activated from 1 September, lasts until 31 August each year, and takes up to £5 off per transaction. In store, show your Health & Beautycard and a valid student ID at the till. The in-store discount doesn't apply to prescription medicines, gift cards or infant milk formula.

  4. Does Superdrug have a loyalty card?

    Our answer

    Yes. Superdrug's loyalty card is the Health & Beautycard, and Superdrug membership means being a Health & Beautycard member. It's free to sign up in store, online or in the Superdrug app, for UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 13 or over (16 or over in Ireland). Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent, every 100 points are worth £1, and points are valid for 24 months. Members also get lower prices on selected products, free standard delivery on orders over £20, and 10% off for NHS staff and students showing valid ID. VIP Rewards are only on the Superdrug app.
