Cancel within 24 hours of placing an order if it has not yet left the fulfilment centre. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt once back with us in original condition, refunded to the original payment method. Opened, used or damaged items, promotional or discounted purchases, individual bundle items and retail partner purchases cannot be returned. Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. UK and EU refunds include original delivery and return postage; international refunds cover the product cost only.
