It's Caffè Nero's stamp card: you get a stamp for each handmade drink your barista makes, and once you have nine, your next one is free in any size. You collect stamps in the Caffè Nero app, which is free to join, or on a paper card that works in participating shops in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Is there a Caffè Nero app?
Short answer: Yes, the Caffè Nero app
Yes, the app is called Caffè Nero: at the till, tap Wallet on the bar at the bottom of the screen and have the QR code scanned, which pays and adds your stamps at once (to pay another way, tap the arrow next to your payment card and pick “Collect loyalty only” first). Paper cards still work, but bonus stamps are app-only and stamps can't move between a paper card and the app.

How do I register my Caffè Nero card and sign in?
Short answer: Download the app, sign up
Download the Caffè Nero app and create an account with Apple, Facebook or your email address; it's free, and you need to be 16 or over. If you already have an account for the Harris + Hoole, Coffee#1, Paul UK or 200 Degrees app, sign in to the Caffè Nero app with those same details.
I've lost my Caffè Nero card. What do I do?
Short answer: Paper cards can't be replaced
A lost paper card can't be replaced: Caffè Nero treats paper cards like cash and can't move their stamps. App stamps belong to your account, not your phone, so after losing a phone you sign in on the new one with the email address you joined with. If you think someone else is using your account, email [email protected] straight away.
Can I combine Caffè Nero stamp cards?
Short answer: Paper cards can be combined
Paper cards, yes: you can put several part-stamped paper cards together to complete one. Stamps can't be moved between a paper card and the app. Check your card's terms.
Can I have more than one Caffè Nero account?
Short answer: One account, on one phone
The app is one account per person, used on one phone at a time. Neal Street Technologies, which runs the app for Caffè Nero, says you must not open more than one account and may install the app on only one device at a time. Check your card's terms.
Can someone else use my Caffè Nero card?
