Pret The app, signing in, a lost phone and your QR code
Two schemes in the Pret app at Pret A Manger: Pret Perks is free and gives you a Star for each paid purchase, with a free item after ten Stars. Club Pret costs £5 a month for 50% off up to five Barista-made hot or iced drinks a day, with 30 minutes between each, in participating UK shops. Both need a Pret Account, which is for people aged 18 or over in the UK.

Is there a Pret app?
Short answer: Yes, the Pret app
Yes: both run in the Pret app, listed as Pret A Manger: Organic Coffee on the App Store. At the till, open the app and scan your QR code, which collects your Stars and applies your Club Pret discount. Pret won't accept paper copies or screenshots of the code, which may refresh from time to time.
How do I join Pret Perks or Club Pret?
Short answer: Sign up in the app
Create a Pret Account in the Pret app: you verify your email address, must be 18 or over and in the UK, and get a Star for joining. Club Pret is ordered in the app too, with an email address and UK phone number, and you can sign in to manage your account on the web. A Pret Gift Card is separate: Pret recommends registering it on the Pret Gift Card page to protect its balance.
What if I lose my phone or my Pret Gift Card?
Short answer: Contact Pret Customer Services
Contact Pret's Customer Services right away if you think someone else has got into your Pret Account, which is where your Stars are kept. A lost Pret Gift Card is different: if you registered it, report it on 0207 827 8801, and Pret may replace it and move the balance to the new card.
Where do I find my Pret QR code?
Short answer: QR code in the app
Your Pret code is a QR code in the Pret app. Pret's terms put it in the 'My Account' section, while the Pret Perks page says to scan the code in your 'wallet'; either way, it may refresh from time to time.
Can I share Pret Stars with family?
Short answer: No, Stars are personal
No: Pret's terms say Stars and Rewards are personal to you and your Pret Account and can't be transferred, traded or shared with anyone else. Check your card's terms.
Can I have more than one Pret account?
Short answer: One account per person
One each: Pret allows one Pret Account per person and one Club Pret subscription per person. To give someone else Club Pret, Pret sometimes sells gift subscriptions, which reach the recipient by email as a link. Check your card's terms.
Can someone else use my Pret QR code?
Short answer: No, it's personal
No: Pret's terms say you must keep your QR code confidential and not share it with any other person, and Club Pret drinks are for your own consumption only. If Pret suspects sharing it may suspend your account while it investigates, and a serious breach can end the subscription without a refund. Check your card's terms.

Can my family use my Pret QR code from Vouchernaut?
Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.
Will the till scan my Pret QR code from my phone?
Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath. Pret won't accept paper copies or screenshots of your QR code, which may refresh from time to time. Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?
No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
