How do I register my Starbucks Card and sign in?

Short answer: Online or in the app

Join at starbucks.co.uk or in the Starbucks® UK app with your name, email address and a password, then sign in there or in the app. To register a physical Starbucks Card, add its 16-digit card number and security code to your account. Registering a card online needs at least £5 loaded onto it.

Is there a Starbucks Card app?

Short answer: Yes, the Starbucks UK app

Yes, the Starbucks® UK app: joining gives you a digital membership barcode, so the app works on its own without a plastic card. In store, scan the app (or swipe a Starbucks Card) at the till before you pay. Plastic Starbucks Cards are still sold in most Starbucks stores, and they hold money you load onto them as well as collecting Stars once registered.

Where do I find my Starbucks Card number?

Short answer: A 16-digit card number

A Starbucks Card number is 16 digits long. You need it, with the card's security code, to register a physical card to your account, online or in the Starbucks® UK app. Registered cards are listed in the app (open it and view your cards) and when you log in online.

Can I add my Starbucks Card to Apple Wallet?

Short answer: Yes, from the app

Yes. Open the Starbucks® UK app and view your cards, and you'll see an option to add it to your device wallet. Starbucks says its barcodes work with both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

I've lost my Starbucks Card. What do I do?

Short answer: Tell Customer Care straight away

Tell Starbucks Customer Care straight away through its contact page. If the card was registered, the balance left on it when you report it is frozen and loaded onto a replacement card; an unregistered card can't be replaced. Stars go into your Starbucks account, and meanwhile you can keep collecting them by scanning the barcode in the Starbucks® UK app.

Can I add my Starbucks Card to Google Wallet?

Short answer: Yes, from the app

Yes. Open the Starbucks® UK app and view your cards, and you'll see an option to add it to your device wallet. Starbucks says its barcodes work with both Google Wallet and Apple Wallet.

Can I share my Starbucks Card points with family?

Short answer: No, Stars are personal

No. The Starbucks® Rewards terms say your Stars, benefits, registered Starbucks Cards and account are personal to you and can't be sold, transferred or shared with family, friends or others. You can move money between two Starbucks Cards registered to your own account in the Starbucks® UK app: select Manage from the Pay screen. Check your card's terms.

Can someone else use my Starbucks Card?

Short answer: No, the terms say not

No. The Starbucks® Rewards terms say your Stars, benefits, registered cards and account are personal to you and may not be shared with family, friends or others. A Starbucks Card holding money is treated like cash, and you're responsible for every transaction on it; to treat someone, Starbucks suggests giving them a Starbucks Card of their own to collect Stars on. Check your card's terms.

Can I get a second Starbucks Card for my household?

Short answer: Several cards, one account

Yes, you can register more than one Starbucks Card to your account, and any of them collects Stars and redeems your Rewards. Each person can have only one account, though, and the terms say your cards and Stars are personal to you, not for sharing with family. Check your card's terms.

I checked these answers against Starbucks' own pages on 13 October 2026. Schemes change their rules, so check your card's terms before you count on one.

Can I keep my Starbucks Card on my phone with Vouchernaut?

Yes, free. Scan its barcode at vouchernaut.com/cards, or take a photo of it, and it's saved with the barcode drawn sharp for the till. Without an account it stays on that phone; a free account keeps it if you change phones.

Does Vouchernaut add my Starbucks Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. Vouchernaut keeps your card in its own wallet in your browser and doesn't make Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes. For Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, see what Starbucks says above.

Can my family use my Starbucks Card from Vouchernaut?

Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.

Will the till scan my Starbucks Card from my phone?

Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath.

Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?

No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
