ChicMe sells women's clothing online: party, work, holiday and casual dresses, tops and blouses, knitwear and hoodies, jackets and coats, jumpsuits, matching sets, bottoms and loungewear. Its about page says it has been selling to shoppers worldwide since 2015 and adds new designs every week, so the range changes quickly and individual styles can sell out. It suits shoppers after trend-led pieces who don't mind waiting for an international parcel.
ChicMe's terms say the site is operated by Postech Fashion Inc, and that customers in the EU and the rest of the world, which covers the UK, are handled by Alkmand Estate Limited in Cyprus. Orders are shipped internationally, and ChicMe emails an international e-packet tracking number once a parcel leaves. Its terms also say customs charges or VAT can apply depending on where you live. Customer service is by email.
Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time, and ChicMe's shipping policy gives each as a range of business days, with pre-order items taking longer to process. The same policy says parcels to some countries can take much longer than that range, and that customs checks or a wrong address add delays. UK delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, and the shipping policy has the current times. A parcel that hasn't arrived has to be reported to customer service within the time the policy sets, and ChicMe says it offers compensation when shipping runs past its stated timeframe.
Returns start from the Orders page in your ChicMe account, within the return window counted from delivery. ChicMe won't accept a parcel sent back without checking with it first, and customer service gives you the nearest of its warehouses as the return address, which isn't the address on your parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packing. Beauty products, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, masks and accessories can't be returned or exchanged. You pay the return postage unless ChicMe made the mistake, and the original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee aren't refunded.
Only before it ships. ChicMe says that once an order is marked as Packaged it has been handed to the courier and a cancellation fee applies, and that it won't accept a cancellation once the order is In transit. After delivery, items that can be returned go through the returns process above.
We currently list 1 discount code. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.

Raise it with ChicMe's customer service. Its shipping policy says late parcels must be reported within a set time of shipment and that it offers compensation when delivery runs past its stated timeframe.
