  1. What is Cult Beauty's returns policy?

    Cult Beauty accepts unwanted items back within 30 days of receipt, and the return has to reach it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging with hygiene seals untouched, and any free gift that came with the order has to go back too. UK returns are registered through its returns partner ZigZag, where you choose a carrier, and cost £2.99. Refunds go to the original payment method, 3 to 5 working days after the return arrives.

It is registered in England and Wales under company number 13400467, with its registered office at Icon 1, 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Ringway, Altrincham. It takes major credit and debit cards and PayPal, and offers Klarna's Pay later in 30 days. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery through its returns partner ZigZag, at £2.99 for a UK return.

  4. How much is Cult Beauty delivery?

    Standard UK delivery is £3.95, free on orders over £30, and takes 2 to 3 days. Next Day delivery is £5.95 for orders placed before 1am, free on orders over £100; Gold Cult Status members get it free on orders over £30 and Silver members pay £3.95. Click & Collect to over 8,500 collection points is £3.95, and Eco delivery, where offered for your postcode, is also £3.95. Orders to countries outside the UK go through its international site.
