Is Holiday Extras legit?
Our answerHoliday Extras is run by Holiday Extras Limited, company number 01693250, at Ashford Road, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent. Companies House lists it as active, incorporated on 21 January 1983. It acts as a booking agent, so your contract for parking, hotels, lounges or car hire is with the provider, under the provider's own terms. Travel insurance comes from Holiday Extras Cover Limited, company number 05058680. Its terms ask you to bring the credit or debit card you booked with when you travel. Cancellation and refunds depend on the booking type, from free cancellation to non-refundable.

What is Holiday Extras' cancellation policy?
Our answerFlextras Cancellation, Fully-Flexible, Free Cancellation and Saver bookings can be changed or cancelled free up to 2 hours before your booked arrival for parking, lounges and Fast Track, or 1pm on arrival day for hotels, unless the product's terms say otherwise. Cancelling one of the first three gives credit for the full value, usable for 18 months, which can be swapped for a cash refund within 14 days of issue, less £10 if you cancel 7 or more days after booking. Saver bookings get credit to rebook the same product, with no refund. Supersaver, Can't Cancel or Amend and Non-flexible bookings can't be cancelled or refunded. Car hire can be cancelled up to 48 hours before travel.
