    Our answer

LOOKFANTASTIC is run by THG Beauty Limited, which trades as lookfantastic.com and is part of THG Holdings plc. Companies House lists THG Beauty Limited as an active private limited company, number 13400467, registered in Altrincham and incorporated in 2021. Its terms name it as the seller, with sister companies for some euro and dollar payments, and take payment by major credit or debit card or PayPal before dispatch. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if unopened and unused with seals intact.

  2. What is LOOKFANTASTIC's returns policy?

    Our answer

You have 30 days from receiving an item to start a return. Items must be in pristine condition: unopened, unused and with any seals intact. You register the return with ZigZag, LOOKFANTASTIC's returns partner, and choose a carrier in its portal. LOOKFANTASTIC doesn't offer exchanges, so you return the original for a refund and place a new order. Damaged, faulty or wrong items go to customer service through your account, with photos or video.

  3. Does LOOKFANTASTIC do a student discount?

    Our answer

Yes. Its student discount page lists several schemes: verify as a student with UNiDAYS, Student Beans, TOTUM or GoCertify to get a personal discount, and Youth Discount also covers 16 to 26 year olds and apprentices. Students can also put an .ac.uk email address on their LOOKFANTASTIC account to unlock a student discount on the site. The amount changes, so check the scheme's LOOKFANTASTIC page before ordering.
