What is LOOKFANTASTIC's returns policy?

You have 30 days from receiving an item to start a return. Items must be in pristine condition: unopened, unused and with any seals intact. You register the return with ZigZag, LOOKFANTASTIC's returns partner, and choose a carrier in its portal. LOOKFANTASTIC doesn't offer exchanges, so you return the original for a refund and place a new order. Damaged, faulty or wrong items go to customer service through your account, with photos or video.
