Not On The High Street is run by Notonthehighstreet Enterprises Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 05591382) with its registered office in Bristol. It's a marketplace: your contract is with the individual seller, it never holds the items itself, and it takes your payment as the seller's agent. It accepts major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. For most items you have 28 days from delivery to tell the seller you want to return them, but personalised, perishable and commissioned items can't be returned.
