Reliant discount codes and vouchers

What does Reliant sell?

Reliant sells televisions, soundbars and other audio, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, cookers, ovens and hobs, and small appliances such as microwaves. Its about page names Samsung, LG Electronics and Bosch among the brands it supplies, and it also stocks HYE TVs and appliances. The business traded as Reliant Direct before shortening its name, and is run by Reliant T.V. (St. Annes) Limited from a head office and showroom on Mythop Road in Blackpool. Hughes in East Anglia and Appliance City near Nottingham are two other independent appliance retailers worth comparing on delivery and installation, and our tech and electricals shops list more.

How does delivery work?

Delivery depends on the size of the product. Large appliances are taken to a room of the customer's choice where access is safe, smaller items come to the doorstep, and someone has to be in to take the order. Reliant uses its own team or delivery partners, and the delivery partner usually confirms the slot the evening before. Next day, nominated day and Saturday delivery are offered on selected products and postcodes, and entering a postcode at checkout shows which services and charges apply. Remote postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and UK islands, have fewer options and extra charges, which Reliant confirms before dispatch. A missed delivery carries a re-delivery charge.

Can Reliant install appliances and take the old one away?

Yes. Its delivery page lists extra services: unpacking with the packaging taken away, connecting and testing the appliance so it's ready to use, and collecting the old appliance for recycling. Its terms say the installation fee isn't refunded if the job can't be done because the right connections aren't in place, so checking the fittings before booking saves a wasted visit.

How do returns work?

Online and phone customers have the 14-day right to cancel under consumer law for goods that aren't faulty, returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging. Reliant also gives retail customers a longer returns window, set out on its returns page: unused items can still come back for a refund or exchange even if the box has been opened, while used or installed items get a partial refund. Damage found on delivery has to be reported quickly, so unboxing straight away matters; early faults are collected for a refund, repair or replacement, and later ones go through the manufacturer's warranty.

How do codes and price matching work at Reliant?

Reliant's FAQ says voucher codes work on selected items only. Any live code from its affiliate programme is listed on this page with its terms, and goes in at checkout. Its price match guarantee covers boxed products against a lower price from a main authorised UK reseller that has the item in stock, matched like for like on model, colour and condition, once per customer or household; soundbars and speakers are excluded. Price match requests go through its phone line or live chat.
