    Delivery is £3.49, however many parcels your order is sent in. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days, some items arrive in 1 to 3 days and a small number take 5 to 7 days, with the dates shown below the add to basket button. Secret Sales delivers to mainland UK, including Northern Ireland.

  2. Does Secret Sales do a student discount?

    Our answer

    Yes. Students get 10% off full-price and sale items at Secret Sales online by verifying with Student Beans. Graduates can get 10% off through Grad Beans for up to 5 years after graduating. The discount can't be combined with another discount, and delivery is charged after it's applied.

  3. What is Secret Sales' returns policy?

    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items in their original condition and packaging, with labels attached. Returns cost £4.00 per order; if you're returning to more than one seller, Secret Sales' returns page shows how to pay only once. You start a return from My Orders, then drop it at a locker, store or Post Office or book a home collection. Refunds take up to 10 days to process once the return reaches the warehouse, plus up to 5 working days to show. Secret Sales doesn't do exchanges, and items such as underwear and opened face, body and perfume products can't be returned.

    Secret Sales is run by Lifestyle Retail Group Online Ltd (LRG Online), UK company number 06264879, registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London; Companies House now lists that company as Secret Sales Group Limited. It's a marketplace: you buy each item from a partner seller, which sends it to you directly, so one order can arrive in several parcels, to UK addresses including Northern Ireland. LRG Online takes payment as the sellers' agent through PayPal and Stripe, accepting debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and PayPal Pay in 3. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for £4.00 per order.
