What does Stylevana sell?

Stylevana is an online shop for Asian beauty, mostly Korean, selling skincare, make-up, hair and body care, value sets and travel-size minis from Korean and other Asian brands. Its FAQ says all its products are authentic and come from reputable suppliers and distributors, with most Korean items shipped from Korea to its Hong Kong warehouse. Each product page lists the item's ingredients, which helps anyone checking for something they react to. How does delivery to the UK work?

Every UK order ships from Stylevana's warehouse in Hong Kong and is priced and paid in pounds, with standard and express services whose charges depend on the order's value and show at checkout. When an order leaves depends on each item's stock status on its product page: in-stock items go out first, others can take longer to reach the warehouse, and an order may come in more than one parcel. A tracking number is emailed once it's dispatched. Remote areas take longer and carry a surcharge, and Stylevana doesn't deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or forwarding addresses. Optional insurance at checkout covers loss or damage in transit; without it, the courier's own limits apply. Its terms treat the customer as the importer of record for international orders.

How do Stylevana returns work?

A return is requested through its returns form within the window in its policy, and Stylevana emails an authorisation with instructions before anything goes back. Items must be unused, with their tags and original packaging. For a change of mind, the shopper pays the return postage and the refund comes as a Stylevana coupon code rather than money back. A damaged, defective or wrong item has to be reported soon after delivery, within the deadline on its shipping page, with photos of the parcel and the items. Once a claim is accepted, Stylevana covers the return postage and sends a replacement, or a coupon code for the item's value if it's out of stock. It doesn't refund products because of an allergic reaction, and items labelled Duty Free can't be returned.

How do you use a Stylevana code?

A code goes in the Coupon Code box at checkout, followed by Apply Coupon. Its FAQ says each order takes one coupon code, some codes are single use, codes may not apply to sale and clearance items, and a promotion code can't be combined with other offers. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Any live code from Stylevana's affiliate programme is listed on this page with its own terms and end date, and members can also collect points through its VANA Reward Club.
