Viovet: shoppers' questions

Questions about Viovet, answered by us and by readers who've shopped there.

  1. How much is Viovet delivery?

    Our answer

Delivery is free when you spend £35 or more, to most of the UK. Some postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands cost a little more, and below £35 the price for your basket and address shows at checkout. Viovet sends by Royal Mail 24 or 48, DPD next working day or Amazon Shipping. Frozen food has its own terms: a £39 minimum order, £5.99 delivery, free from £79. It can't send medicines to Northern Ireland.

  2. What is Viovet's returns policy?

    Our answer

You can cancel most orders for a full refund up to 14 days after you receive them, even if you've changed your mind. Tell Viovet first, then send the item back by recorded delivery within 14 days, at your own cost, to its returns department in Bedford. It refunds within 14 days of getting the item back. Medication, temperature-controlled items and anything opened or used can't be returned unless faulty. For damaged or faulty items you have 30 days to arrange a return or refund.

  3. Is Viovet legit?

    Our answer

Viovet is run by VioVet Ltd, registered in England and Wales in 2011 (company number 07693671), and its site names it a subsidiary of Pinnacle Pet Group Ltd. Its trading and returns address is 1a Progress Park, Bedford, and it lists itself as a registered internet retailer of veterinary medicines (number 2045577). Prescription medicines are only sent once it has a valid prescription from your vet. It takes credit and debit cards, with payment taken when you order. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your cost; medication, temperature-controlled items and opened products can't be returned unless faulty.
