adidas: shoppers' questions

Questions about adidas, answered by us and by readers who've shopped there.

  1. Does adidas deliver to Ireland?

    Our answer

Not from adidas.co.uk. Its delivery page says adidas.co.uk can only ship to the United Kingdom, and its help page says that to have an order delivered to another country, you order from that country's own adidas site.

  2. Does adidas do an NHS or Blue Light discount?

    Our answer

Yes, through two schemes. Health Service Discounts, which is free for NHS and healthcare staff, lists an online adidas discount on selected full-price items. Blue Light Card lists an adidas discount for its members: NHS staff, police, armed forces, teachers, social care workers, emergency services staff and eligible retired staff. Blue Light Card costs £4.99 for two years; members log in, search for adidas and follow its link to the offer.

  3. Does adidas do a student discount?

    Our answer

Yes. adidas gives students 15% off when they verify their student status with UNiDAYS. UNiDAYS lists the 15% online and in selected adidas stores for university students with a verified UNiDAYS account, and says the discount usually applies to full-price items, with some exclusions.

  4. What is the adidas returns policy?

    Our answer

Returns are free within 30 calendar days of receiving an online order, or 14 days for some exclusive items, which shows when ordering. Items must be in good condition with tags on and in their original packaging, with shoes in the shoe box. Start a return on the website or app and drop the parcel at a Royal Mail drop-off point or locker, or take online items to an adidas store with your order number. Store purchases can't be returned by post. Personalised items can only go back with a manufacturing defect. Refunds to the original payment method can take up to 14 calendar days.
