    Our answer

    Standard delivery to the UK costs £6.90, or is free on orders over £59, and takes 3 to 7 business days from Halara's overseas warehouse or 2 to 4 business days from its local warehouse. Express delivery costs £9.90 and takes 2 to 5 business days. Halara doesn't list a next-day option. In-stock orders take a further 1 to 3 business days to process, and items in one order may ship separately from different warehouses.

    Yes. The Halara app is free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android, published by Full Scale Full Speed Pte. Ltd., the company behind the website. Halara's UK terms of use cover the apps as well as thehalara.co.uk, and orders placed in the app can be tracked under My Orders once you sign in.

    Halara is run by Full Scale Full Speed Pte. Ltd., the company named in its privacy policy and on its app listings; its UK terms of use give the company's offices as 71 Ubi Road 1, Singapore. Those terms apply to thehalara.co.uk and the Halara apps, are governed by Singapore law and send disputes to arbitration in Singapore. Orders ship from an overseas or a local warehouse, depending on stock. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and you pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.

  4. What is Halara's returns policy?

    Our answer

    Halara accepts returns within 30 days of you receiving your order, and you then have a further 30 days to send the items back. Start the return in My Orders on the website or app. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags attached, and underwear, shapewear, socks, jewellery and items marked non-returnable can't go back. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong, though first UK orders may get free return postage. There are no direct exchanges. Refunds go to the original payment method once the return passes inspection.
