Those terms apply to thehalara.co.uk and the Halara apps, are governed by Singapore law and send disputes to arbitration in Singapore. Orders ship from an overseas or a local warehouse, depending on stock. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and you pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.
