   Standard UK delivery is £2.95, or £9.95 for selected large items, and Robert Dyas aims to deliver in 2 to 4 working days. Next Day delivery is £6.95 for orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday, to most of the UK mainland, and Named Day delivery is also £6.95. The Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly pay £10.95. Click & Collect is free on selected lines. It charges one delivery fee per order, the highest that applies, and its delivery charges table lists no free home delivery option. It doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or abroad.

   Robert Dyas is run by Robert Dyas Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 04041884, with its registered office in Wimbledon, London. It delivers to UK addresses except Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, doesn't ship abroad, and some products are sent directly by approved suppliers. It takes credit and debit cards, PayPal (including Pay in 3) and Klarna. Online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery and sent back through a collection arranged with Customer Care or, for most items, at a Robert Dyas store.

3. Does Robert Dyas do a student discount?

   Yes. Robert Dyas gives students 10% off in its stores when they show their student ID at the till. Online, its student discount page offers 5% off to students who register with the student partner it names there, and the same 5% applies to items ordered at a store till because the store doesn't stock them. Robert Dyas says it may cancel an order if the discount is used by someone who isn't a verified student.

4. What is Robert Dyas's returns policy?

   Our answer

   Online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods, with a further 14 days to send them back. Robert Dyas will collect the item if you arrange it with Customer Care, or most items can go back to any Robert Dyas store with proof of purchase, though not large or heavy goods such as furniture. Store purchases can only be returned to a store. Customised items, fresh food, live plants, hygiene items such as outdoor spas and unsealed recordings or software can't be cancelled. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days after the return is processed, or 24 to 48 hours for PayPal.
