    UK standard delivery by Evri costs £3.50, or is free on orders over £75, and takes about 5 working days (about 7 to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland). Next day delivery by Evri or DPD costs £6, or is free on orders over £150: order by 7pm Monday to Friday for Evri, or by 5.30pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Sunday for DPD. Next day isn't available in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and some rural areas. Click and collect from a Sweaty Betty shop is free.

    Yes. Students get 20% off full-price items at Sweaty Betty. Online, verify with Student Beans or UNiDAYS at sweatybetty.com; in Sweaty Betty shops, Student Beans says you show a Student Beans iD, an NUS card or a university card with a photo. The discount can't be used on sale items, markdowns or with other promotions, and some items are excluded. Student Beans is free to join for students over 16 in full-time education.

    Yes, through Blue Light Card. Blue Light Card lists a Sweaty Betty discount for its members on full-price items, used on Sweaty Betty's website; members log in to Blue Light Card's website or app to get the current offer. Blue Light Card is open to people working in the NHS, emergency services, social care, education and the armed forces, and some retired staff, and costs £4.99 for two years.

  4. What is Sweaty Betty's returns policy?

    Our answer

    Sweaty Betty refunds items returned within 45 days of you receiving them, in their original condition with tags attached and with proof of purchase. Returns are free on all UK orders. You can return through its online returns portal, where the return is processed within 5 working days and the refund issued within 5 working days of it arriving, or at a Sweaty Betty shop (not department stores or outlets), where the refund is processed the same day. Swimwear and Leak Protect Power Leggings must keep their hygiene sticker. Online orders can't be exchanged, so return the item and order again. Faulty items can be returned within a year.
