What is The Range's returns policy?

For online orders, including Click & Collect, The Range asks you to tell it within 14 days of receiving the item, then return it or arrange collection within a further 14 days, 28 calendar days in all. Items bought in store go back within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Most smaller items bought online can go back to any store with the delivery note; larger items such as furniture can't. To post a return, contact Customer Care to authorise it first, then send it tracked. Made-to-order items can't be returned after 48 hours' processing, and online orders can't be exchanged. Refunds take 3 to 5 working days from receipt.
