For UK orders, the dispensing service is supplied by Vision Dispensing Ltd, registered in England (company number 03912575). Vision Direct was founded in 2004, joined Essilor in 2016 and has warehouses in York and Spain. It takes credit and debit cards and PayPal. Unopened lenses in their original packaging can be returned within 365 days for a refund, and UK returns are free.
