Zooplus: shoppers' questions

Questions about Zooplus, answered by us and by readers who've shopped there.

  1. Does Zooplus have an app?

    Our answer

Yes. Zooplus has a free app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android on Google Play, published by zooplus SE. Its app page says shoppers can reorder with one press, search by barcode, recommendations or filters, save products to a wishlist, collect and redeem bonus points, read or write product reviews and upload photos from their phone.

  2. What is the Zooplus returns policy?

    Our answer

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return them for a full refund. Contact Zooplus customer services within that time through its online contact form or on 01865 951 301, giving the article number and the reason. It can arrange a collection from your address, or you can post the parcel to its returns centre in Coventry with your order number, name and address, and it then refunds the postage at its collection partners' standard rates, though not express or oversized parcel costs. Personalised items and perishable goods can't be refunded, and faulty goods are replaced or refunded.

  3. Is Zooplus legit?

    Our answer

Zooplus is run by zooplus SE, registered in Munich, Germany, under company registration number HRB 273759; zooplus.co.uk is its trading name and has a UK VAT number. UK orders go by Evri or DHL, and the UK site doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
