Can I buy from Music Magpie through its app?

Yes. musicMagpie has a free app for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play, both published by Entertainment Magpie Ltd. In the app you can browse and buy refurbished tech and pre-owned CDs, DVDs, books and games, as well as sell items using a barcode scanner for instant prices. musicMagpie's help centre suggests trying the app if a purchase won't go through on the website, or the website if it won't go through in the app.
